Very happy with this storage unit. We were moving to Masterton and each time we shopped there prior to our move we loaded the car with boxes of our smaller belongings so, on moving day, a moving truck shifted our heavy gear and we just took a load of boxes from storage.Had each box colour coded so we had easy offload at new home. We returned to the storage unit during the next week to collect the remaining boxes. Great having such a clean, dry and secure unit. Thanks to Julian for his friendly, professional assistance. Absolutely awesome experience. When movers don’t show up on time, or show up with the wrong vehicle, and invariably something goes wrong on moving day, Masterton Storage is there to save the day. Julian and his team were always on hand when needed and always answered the phone promptly when I once needed to contact out of hours. When moving companies let me down, he was there to calmly provide lots of other options and impeccable service. The easiest part of moving and the most positively memorable was the service received from this local business. Even though its a large facility, Julian remembered me by name but was also helpful when friends of mine showed up and needed to know where to put more stuff into storage. Super friendly and super efficient service. Top 10 and highest recommendations.

Our dealings with Julian Moss and his company were a little different from the norm – our requirements began with urgency, but as life has a tendency to do, along came a curve ball changing our needs overnight.

While we floundered around in our pickle jar, Julian grabbed the problem by the horns resolving it for all involved.

Although we never actually used Masterton Storage it is a clinically clean complex with security that makes one feel safe and secure – along with a Manager who was easy to talk to and fair to deal with.

Recently we put our house on the market and to get the house clutter free we hired a medium sized storage room at Masterton Storage through Julian Moss. I have never used a facility like this before, but found the process to be very easy. There was a wide range of spaces available and the space that we rented was clean and dry and easily accessible. The security was excellent and I felt our possessions were safe and secure. Julian was excellent to deal with and I would recommend this storage facility to everyone.

The best storage facility. We had household furniture there for 6 years And could only say it was clean, dry, safe and as we left it. Looking for storage for excess stuff due to downsizing and not allowed access to the “man cave” at home needed my own space. We needed storage as we spent some months in Europe then house sitting round the Wairarapa and eventually bought a home. We had Julian’s storage facility recommended to us by a friend and after making contact re size, price etc we booked a unit. We were very impressed with the facility along with Julian’s easy and good humoured service. The security on the lock up facility was just great and our Insurance company was very familiar with it.

Thank you Julian for dealing with our storage requirements at such short notice (8 o’clock at night), providing storage of exactly the size and price required, and of liaising with us to be on hand on the weekend when we arrived down from Napier. Storage units are excellent, provided with individual security, dry and rat free. Julian is always very pleasant to deal with. I had stored my motor-home bus in the yard 3 years ago, also at very short notice. Julian was overseas but the lady looking after the premises came from her home to organize the storage for me, and took me to the train station afterwards. I highly recommend this business.
