This Is How It Works:

We will refer you to a professional furniture mover (or you can choose your own), you employ and pay them directly, and we will then credit (provide you a cash-back) your self-storage account as per these terms and conditions.

Professional furniture movers are usually stronger, quicker, and know how to efficiently lift, place, and stack stuff to get the best use of space. With more efficient use of space means you will not be paying for more storage than you need as we have over 23 sizes. Because our first-floor storage rooms are generally our smaller sizes (up to ½ the size of a single-car garage) the time and money we allow for movers should be plenty.

By using our knowledge and experience this offer is simple and easy. Because 3-way arrangements can be messy it works better if we refer you to a professional mover, you employ and pay them, and we provide you a credit (or cash-back) against your storage room account or pay a refund to your bank account – which means you negotiate directly with the professional mover.

You can use this credit to pay storage fees, buy accessories like removal packing boxes and tape etc, or have it refunded into your bank account – whichever is easier, better, and more convenient for you. Remember, this credit (or cash-back) is to cover the man-handling expenses of your stuff to (UP) and from (DOWN) your storage room at and within the storage facility and not for expenses outside the facility’s property boundaries.

A Few Small Conditions:

• There are Two Options to getting your heavy lifting done at our expense. Options One is for storage rooms up to 15.1m³ (approximately a quarter the size of a single-car garage) up to $200.00 credit – $100.00 up and $100.00 down. Option Two is for storage rooms over 15.1m³ up to $400.00 credit – $200.00 up and $200.00 down.
• Your stuff must be in storage for 6 months or longer from your ‘Start Date’ as referred in your License Agreement.
• Your cash-back/credit can only be used in conjunction with Offer Rates as described in the License Agreement. However, you can use this offer if you are paying a Usual Rate and then taking one of our Long-Term discounts.
• You can redeem the first half (the UP lift) of your cash-back/credit 6 months after your Start Date as recorded in your License Agreement. Then you can redeem the second half (the DOWN lift) of your cash-back/credit immediately after you vacate your storage room for the last time – but this must be a minimum of 6-months after your Start Date.
• This offer is per single License Agreement only.
• This offer is not redeemable for cash (folding stuff).

Options One:

1. For Storage Rooms up to 15.1m³ in size:

1. 1. Masterton Self- Storage (MSS) will credit you the cost of either one (1) professional furniture remover for one hour or two (2) professional furniture removers for ½ hour to move your stuff up into your storage room to a maximum of NZD$100.00 – one hundred NZ Dollars.
   2. MSS will then credit you the cost of either one (1) professional furniture remover for one hour or two (2) professional furniture removers for ½ hour to move your stuff down out of your storage room to a maximum of NZD$100.00 – one hundred NZ Dollars.

Option Two.

2. For Storage Rooms over 15.1m³ in size:
   1. MSS will credit you the cost of either one (1) professional furniture remover for two hours or two (2) professional furniture removers for one hour to move your stuff up into storage to a maximum of NZD$200.00 – two hundred NZ Dollars.
   2. MSS will credit you the cost of either one (1) professional furniture remover for two hours or two (2) professional furniture removers for one hour to move your stuff down out of storage to a maximum of NZD$200.00 – two hundred NZ Dollars.

These offers are made in good faith to help remove the obstacle of moving stuff up to and down from first floor storage rooms. There are No tricks, No gimmicks, and No lies.

Simply put, we will provide the heavy lifting for free – or at very least contribute massively towards the expense of paying professional furniture movers.
