We have a ‘money back guarantee’. We can give this guarantee because this facility is purpose-built for self-storage – which means it’s dry and clean – unlike most shipping containers. Our guarantee reads; if your clothing etc gets damaged by dampness while stored at our place we’ll activate our ‘money back guarantee’and/plus we’ll pay you in cash for their replacement – for details refer our self-storage agreement. If we weren’t serious we wouldn’t and couldn’t offer this.
Call us now – we are available 7-days a week between 9am and 5pm week-days and 10am to 4pm weekends and statutory holidays. If you are forced to leave a message we will return your call the next working day or your first month’s storage fee is free on us.
We reward long-term customers – 6-months or more. We have discounts ranging from 10% to 20%. The less work for us and the longer you stay the bigger savings for you.
If you require emergency storage right now, outside of usual business hours, call us now and we’ll will attempt to meet with you at the facility. You won’t need cash as we have a credit card terminal available.
We have full time staff here every working day except statutory holidays. That means someone is at the facility to answer your questions and queries, show you options and check on security.
You’ll have access 7 days a week and with most of the facility 24/7 access. That means once you become a customer of ours you can come and go at your convenience.
We have individual lockups from just $20 per week, with the average lockup from $39 per week – all prices include. Our facility is purpose-built which means it’s clean and dry self-storage – we don’t have shipping containers because they are damp and sweat.
