The Three Payment Options Are:

OPTION ONE – Set It And Forget It.

With Option One you must pay the full amount in advance less the free week/s or month/s of the Term you choose. This means you pay nothing more until or unless you decide to extend or buy another Term after your current Term expires.

The beautiful part about this option is, it is 100% risk free. This means if for any reason your circumstances change and you cannot complete your Term and need to vacate early part way through, you are not penalised as we simply refund you by the full week the amount of time you have not used. You will not, however, get your discount as you must go the distance to qualify for that.

OPTION TWO – Pay-As-You-Go, Option 1.

With Option Two you do not need to make a large up-front payment but instead just pay as you go. But however, you only qualify for your free week/s or month/s by paying the Offer Rate (refer Cl 8 of the License Agreement) amount in full on or before the each and every due date. For example, if you choose a 6-month Term you would pay the full Offer Rate either weekly or monthly for the first 23 weeks before you will receive 3 weeks free.

The same as Option One, if for any reason your circumstances change and you cannot complete your Term and need to vacate early part way through, you are not penalised. As you were only paying-as-you-go, you just stop paying once you have emptied out your Lockup Room. You will not, however, get your discount as you must go the distance to qualify for that.

Because missed and or late payments are expensive for us to chase and administer, the first time you miss a payment we will give you notice by SMS/txt message you have 24 hours to pay or else your free week/s or month/s will be cancelled. Assuming you make payment within 24 hours of receiving notice by SMS/txt but then miss making a payment for a second time you will also receive a SMS/txt message but this time it will be a notice to advise that your free week/s or month/s have been cancelled effective immediately. This means you will not qualify for the discount of free week/s. Our advice is to set up an automatic internet banking payment to avoid disappointment and missing out.

OPTION THREE – Pay-As-You-Go, Option 2.

With Option Three you do not need to make a large up-front payment either. However, with this Option, Option Three, and once again using a 6-month Term as example, you pay every week for 6 months but this time at the reduced and discounted rate. The reduced and discounted rate is the average amount over 6 months less the free week/s or month/s.

Because you will be paying a reduced weekly or monthly rate if you do break your 6-month Term you are required to pay the difference between the Offer Rate and the reduced and discounted rate backdated to your Start Date as recorded in clause 6 of your self-storage license agreement with us. This means to take advantage of this Option you will be required to supply us with your credit card details in order for us to claim back fees – the difference between the Offer Rate and the discount rate.
