Features & Benefits
- We are easy to find with access from SH2 at 291 High Street, Masterton – just a 5-minute drive to the CBD centre but without the traffic congestion.
- We have plenty of off-road discrete parking.
- The rooms are very clean, very tidy, well-appointed, well-equipped and very comfortable including; depending on the season, heat-pumps for winter warming or air-conditioning for summer cooling.
- Secure high-speed internet access is available and included. That means IT requirements are catered for only subject to compatibility.
- White-boards, pin-boards and television monitors are available so no need to lug these bulky pieces of furniture with you.
- Ablutions are clean and modern. That although the facility is unisex particular attention is made to make sure the standards are high for our ‘lady’ clients.
- The kitchen is well laid out, modern and fully-equipped for your refreshment breaks.
Optional Extra
- Photo-copy, printing and scanning is available however usual sundry charges will apply unless it’s a very small amount, then it’s free.
- Morning and afternoon finger-food can be provided with prior arrangement.
- Anything that you feel you need specifically for your event. We can and will arrange but just need your checklist.
Your Experience:
Our goal is to provide an environment where you can come and do your business in an economic, comfortable and efficient manner. On completion of your meeting, your day, or your event, you will feel satisfied that our facility is a place where you would not hesitate in booking again for future events or refer to others.
Fees:
As with all things in life, it’s not what you pay for a thing but what you get for your money that’s important. Our guarantee is; if you feel a specific part of your experience is not up to your expectations we will refund that specific part of your expenses in full.
Like most things in business, most clients have different requirements. That will mean we may need to provide you with a proposal for your specific event based on your specific requirements.
The Round-Table Room:
- $37.50 per hour.
- $130.00 for a half-day (up to 4 hours).
- $220.00 per day (up to 8 hours).
The Long Room:
- $47.50 per hour.
- $160.00 for a half-day (up to 4 hours).
- $300.00 per day (up to 8 hours).
All fees are plus GST.
A cleaning fee will not apply so long as the room and facility is left in clean and tidy state on conclusion of the event as determined by MSLL management. However, clients are responsible and liable for damage caused to the building by their either themselves or their guests.
